I will update this section when I manage to record how respawning during a match causes mouse/cursor to freeze/act erratically.Hi! Here is the easily replicated bug when in the character selection menu. I have stated the mouse problem in my original post, but have not had the time to fully capture all the encounters of the bug. After 1 or 2 days into the season my mouse problem had returned. In season 10 I first encountered the (Loading And Compiling Shaders) bug, which would take couple of minutes to launch the game each time. The reset seemed to fix the problem and my game had no problems till Season 10.

In my times of resetting, the first ever full reset I did was during Apex Season 8, which is also when I encountered this problem. I have researched this problem and it seems that I am not the only one who has this bug, but this problem might be so niche that the solve for the problem may not even be discovered yet. Clean reset with fresh windows installation (4 times total) Not much has changed since the last, except the fact that i have deleted Razer Synapse to test it that was the problem.ġ.Disabling Chroma apps in Razer Synapse/ only downloading the parts of Synapse that does not contain Chroma function.ħ.

I have reset my pc 4 times trying to solve this problem, the first time worked and the problem was fixed for season 9, but with the release of season 10 this bug has ruined my fantastic experience of season 10. I have tried to search for fixes but can't find any, there seems to be a problem with razer peripherals and the chroma sync screwing with the device but i have disabled everything related to that process and still no fix. The overall story is that whenever there is a player being respawned my mouse will freeze, same situation for the character selection screen, cursor is stuck in the same position. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure as this has only happened to me in my friends group. What should be happening instead? Not freezing In character select when entering a match, when it is my turn to pick a character the mouse freezes and only unfreezes seconds before my turn is over, therefore giving me a second to switch character if a favorited character had been chosen. What happens when the bug occurs? Mouse/cursor freezes in current position for a couple of seconds when: (Respawning teammates/enemy squads respawning/character select/character switch in firing range) For example I could be in a match fighting a squad, and any other squad on the map could be respawning somewhere and my mouse would freeze and cause in a loss in the current fight.
